This is a room, designed to offer contemporary spaces that can be customized by guests. Would this be an experience or not?

This would be a great experience, imagine that you enter a hotel room and you are able to move everything around the way you prefer it! This would be a great experience to me. I have already seen it in bits and pieces in some design hotels, however this has been on a much smaller scale.

The room looks luxurious, as does the hotel. I think guest do not choose this room because of the experience to move furniture. The do however choose a luxurious hotel for the experience of feeling rich and to enjoy luxe. Climbing the Mount Everest is an experience! A stay in a luxurious hotel/resort is a holyday.

For some guests this might be an experience, depends on what they are looking for. Personally, this would not be an experience for me as I don't spend that much time in a hotel room to want to change it.
It is an interesting idea however, an experience is different through your eyes, my eyes, or other people's eyes. everyone has their own preferences.

This is indeed a very interesting topic. Very personal too. For me it wouldnt be an experience since a hotel room's main function for me is to sleep, shower and relax a little bit. The extra options you mention are not that important in this way of looking at a hotel room. When you think of the hotel appartment sector it does get interesting since these guests stay for a longer period and may find these options very useful in order to feel at home.

I believe this service makes the experience of staying in the room more personal. Before the guest settles down, he can change the setting to suit his needs.

It is a new experience that will spread by word of mouth. But if it will prevail in this time of many new creative ideas and experiences.... I don't know.

I think that it could be a good experience for the customers but for the hotel it going to be a huge problem of coordination. Imagine the number of worker needed for moving the furniture and the accidents that may happens. The two point to conciderate is the time between evry chek/in/out and the costs.
